Day to Day Living

The Day to Day Living program assists people living with mental illness in the Tweed and Brunswick Valley communities.

With personalised support, the program helps improve quality of life and participation in the community, through a range of social group activities.

The program runs from our Connections Centre in Tweed Heads and in Brunswick Heads.

Connections Centre, 34 Cunningham St, Tweed Heads
Monday to Friday

Some of the activities on offer at our Connections Centre include:

  • living skills
  • art and music
  • games
  • movies

We also organise a varied range of outings and activities in the community but importantly, we provide a safe space to spend time, meet your friends and be yourself.

The 1st and 3rd Thursdays of every month we organise group outings and activities to various locations. Pick up is at the Mullumbimby RSL carpark at 10:30 am, returning at 3:30pm.
