The Women’s Circle is a FREE group aimed at empowering and supporting all women. The environment is a safe space and encourages interactions.
The program includes the following topics:
- What do red flags look like?
- Different types of abuse
- Why self-care is so important
- Setting boundaries
- Coercive control
- Where to go to get support
Date: Every second Wednesday, starting from 6 September until end of year
