Providing opportunities to develop employment skills, our Op Shops put any profits directly back into the services we offer.

The Salvage Shed at the Ballina Waste Facility is operated in partnership with the Ballina Shire Council. The shed is stocked with a wide variety and eclectic mix of reclaimed and pre-loved goods. Always changing, stock includes furniture, bric-a-brac, tools, clothing, accessories, books, DVDs, bikes and toys, among other things.

Our supported employees get the chance to gain valuable retail and handyman repair skills. This recycling scheme also diverts tonnes of re-usable items from ending up in landfill and reduces the environmental impact of manufacturing and distributing items new.
