Momentum Collective provides housing alternatives for community members finding it difficult to secure housing. People and families receiving low to moderate incomes may be eligible for affordable housing.
Affordable housing is offered at subsided rates, based either on a discount to the market rent or as a percentage of household income.
We are committed to working on solutions that increase housing stock is accessible to people on low and medium incomes.
